I have been helping, in a very honest, committed way, clients buy, sell and rent homes in the Northern Virginia area for almost three years.  Helping someone find just what they are looking for is a positive high for me.  I have lived in Northern Virginia for 32 years and know a lot about this very large area.  I am an electrical engineer, BSEE, by training, a technical people manager by profession and really like working with folks.  Because of my computer background I am comfortable with the internet way of working real estate, especially for clients moving into this area from other places.

I am married, having 5 children and 11 grandchildren, all of which keep us very busy and active.  We are also the proud owners of a “Westie” dog, a West Highland White Terrier named Sarah.  We also have a “grand old lady” cat named Winifred.  We found her on a mountain and she adopted us immediately, 17 years ago.  I am a do-it-yourself-er and enjoy building cabinets and other types of furniture as well as doing things around the house and in the yard.

Professionally I am associated with National Realty in Reston, VA and have belonged to the Northern VA Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors as long as I have been a Realtor.  I have continued to fulfill their annual training requirements in order to stay current in the industry and the VA area.
